Software & Technical Tools

Most consultants operate at one end of the spectrum. They define the strategy, build the presentation, and leave implementation to someone else. Or they're brought in to execute a solution that was already designed. Micah operates across the full range — from the executive strategy session to the working model in the spreadsheet to the code that automates it.

This isn't incidental. It comes from a career that required both: financial models that had to actually run, analytical systems that had to hold up under scrutiny, RFP processes that had to produce real contracts. Along the way, the tools multiplied.

The Strategic-to-Tactical Range

The gap between strategy and execution is where most consulting value disappears. A recommendation without a working model is an opinion. A framework without a process is decoration. Micah closes that gap — designing the KPI framework and building the SQL model that populates it; recommending the sourcing process and writing the RFP templates that implement it; advising on analytics infrastructure and writing the Python scripts that automate the data pipeline. Engagements move faster. Deliverables are higher quality. Clients don't pay for the handoff between the strategist and the implementer — because they're the same person.

Previously managed all IT and website development for 12+ clients, spanning CMS configuration, database management, and custom front-end development. This is not a background skill — it is an active part of how every engagement is run.
